Jane is a professional Management Consultant and Project Manager with strong business strategy and commercial skills.

She has in excess of twelve years experience working across a range of technology, process improvement and change management engagements for some of Australia’s largest companies predominantly in the financial services and government sectors and her focus is always achieving operational excellence in the best interests of the organisation.

Jane is able to use a broad range of tools, techniques, research skills and knowledge to quickly gain an understanding of the core business attributes, industry characteristics, legislative frameworks and key opportunities and challenges being faced. Jane’s strengths include an ability to bring issues to the table, challenge the status quo, identify innovative solutions, deliver measurable results and support teams through the change process.

With a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Queensland and working as a Certified Practicing Project Manager (AIPM), Jane is able to use a number of methodologies including Prince2 and Agile delivery methodologies to get the best outcomes. She is able to draw on her breadth of project capabilities to work in a variety of roles including business analysis, project planning, process improvement, project delivery and change management areas of your business.

Many of her previous engagements have been very large technology implementation projects or business transformation programs and her experience in this area means that Jane is skilled in collaboration and stakeholder engagement and is able to bridge the gap effectively between business and technology requirements to drive performance through improved systems and processes. She operates effectively at all levels within an organisation to deliver transformational change.

Andrew is a skilled and professional project manager with over 15 years experience in the mining and construction equipment industry.

He has worked at a senior level for OEM suppliers including Mining sales project management, Contracts, Tender management, Machinery sales and Contract administration. Whether working strategically on your business, or as a valued member of your project delivery team, program office or business team, Andrew is able to deliver on a range of projects and contracts. Andrew is experienced in successful and timely commissioning, finding solutions to organisational problems and delivering on commercial commitments.

Project Management and Delivery – A reputation for successful project management and delivery of national mining, contraction tenders and contracts, mining contracts and tender submissions, product sales (new and used equipment), and customer and supplier relationship building.

Contract Management – strong knowledge of mining and general line products within the heavy equipment industry including roles in contracts management, product specification, workshop, equipment pricing strategies and tenders.

Commercial Acumen – experienced in reporting on and analysing business improvements. Possessing strong financial acumen, root cause analysis, process improvement, project planning, project management and change management skills.

Engineering – with an engineering trade background and hands-on experience in building and designing site specific modification of OEM equipment. Technical and site specifications, tender proposals and requirements.
